Steps:
Step 1: Prep Your Tire
Place your felt fabric over the tire and draw a circle that's slightly smaller than the tire itself. Then cut it out. It'll serve as a soft base for the bed later. When you have your fabric circle cut and ready, it's time to get your rope and initiate the task of winding it all around the tire. As you go, secure the rope in place using your non-toxic silicone. Afterward, attach the felt circle you've previously cut out onto the base of the tire. Ensure the entire base is covered, giving your pet a soft platform to rest on.
Step 2: Make the Cushion
Grab your chosen fabric, something soft and cozy would be perfect. Cut two circles corresponding to the size of the tire. Next, gather your needle and thread and initiate sewing along the periphery of your selected fabric. Ensure to sew about 10 cm further than the edges, creating a pillowcase-like shape with an opening for the foam. Once you have your fabric prepped, stuff it with foam until it's fluffy enough for your fur baby's liking. After that, sew the gap close.
